How long will it take to ship and receive my order?
✔︎ We can process your orders within 24 hours and ship via DHL. You’ll receive the tracking information via email once the order ships.
Can I modify my order or cancel it once it has been placed online?
✔︎ Due to an automatic ordering system, an order modification or any cancellations are NOT possible once your order has been placed online.
As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.
✔︎ We do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.
What is your Return Policy for individual orders?
To be eligible for a return:
✔︎ it must be within 30 days of your receipt.
✔︎ Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
✔︎ It must also be in the original packaging.
✔︎ If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately,
we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
✔︎ To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
✔︎ Please note that the shipping cost on the outbound shipment is not refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected,
we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Best Pilates Towel LLC would be happy to offer returns and exchanges from countries outside of our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; however, please keep in mind that the customer will be fully responsible for checking that all applicable duties and taxes would be charged to them directly if any should arise.
In case of any request to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned Towels; we will refuse the parcel, and it will be returned to sender.

✔︎ Around 45 days; with a minimum order of 250 towels.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on wholesale order?
