Due to an automatic ordering system, an order modification or any cancellations are NOT possible once your order has been placed online.

As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

We do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns 

To be eligible for a return, it must be within 30 days of your receipt. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase; unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note that the shipping cost on the outbound shipment is not refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item returned is not in the same condition that you received it as well as in the original packaging; the package will be rejected, and it will be returned to you.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Best Pilates Towel, LLC would be happy to offer returns and exchanges from countries outside of our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; however, please keep in mind that the customer will be fully responsible for all applicable duties and taxes, and will be charged directly if any should arise.

In case of any request to pay for additional taxes upon arrival of your returned Towels; we will refuse the parcel, and it will be returned to sender.
